Craft Wine is doing some interesting stuff at a great price under the Minimus label. This wine is their response to the fact that perhaps, Willamette Valley reds shouldn't just be pinot noir. This is a light, subtly savory and aromatic alternative. Fermented in Oak Barrique with native yeast. Macerated for 14 days with complete malolactic fermentation. Aged in oak Barrique for 10 months. Vegan.
