70% Muscat, 20% Macabeo, 10% Xarel-lo is the blend for this vi d’agulla, the Catalan name for prickly wine. Vibrant, refreshing, and perfect for the summertime heat. The juice was fermented in stainless steel, and then goes through the charmat (tank) method to get its bubbles. A bouquet of bright honeysuckle and almond on the nose and flavors of lemon peel with a touch of brininess grace the palate.
