The wine is hand-harvested, destemming in low temperature, and fermented with a short carbonic maceration.
This wine is fruity and smooth with Beaujolais-like characteristics, making it great as a chilled aperitif or to take to the BBQ.
The S.C.V Castelmaure Estate was founded in the 1920s and today consists of 65 members. They sustainably farm over schist and limestone soil.
