Inspired by the tradition cemita, a torta originally from Puebla, Mexico. Ours has a fried chicken cutlet, chipotle mayo, avocado, pickled green tomatoes, red onion, shredded lettuce, pepperjack cheese, and sautéed onions and sweet peppers, on a 7" hoagie.
The kitchen is open Tuesday - Saturday 11 am - 3 pm. We are closed Sunday & Monday.
*We only have one fryer in our tiny little kitchen and we choose to use peanut oil. Please be cautious if you have a peanut or gluten allergy and ordering anything fried.
