Domaine Ostertag, Pinot Gris 2018
The wine is aged sur lie, in old 228 L oak barrels, for 9 months. Notes of dried apricot, pear, honey, and bitter almond are rounded out by a touch of nuttiness and spice as well as roundness from time on yeast and softness (perhaps from some malo?).
