Garalis, Limnio 2018
The wine is medium in color and body with notes of dried herbs and red fruits on the nose and plenty of minerality and acidity on the palate to balance the intense fruitiness of the wine.
Manolis Garalis is a third-generation winegrower who has 5 hectares of organically certified vines on sulphuric volcanic and limestone soils. He has a “hands-off” approach to winemaking and adds nothing to the juice.
Limnio is the oldest referenced grape in the world, as mentioned by Aristotle and Homer.
