This bubbly is pretty in pink - with plenty fun fizz from the same carbonation method as Prosecco. The fruit is picked early to grab plenty of acidity and brightness to go with fresh strawberry fruit notes. It was created after an employee, and even today - more than 10 years later - a portion of the proceeds have gone to breast cancer research for over a decade since one of the winery's employees discovered she was battling breast cancer.
