Notes of intense red fruit, dry minerality, and dried flowers
90% of the grapes come from 50-year-old vines from the Amandi sub-region and 10% from 40 year old vines in Ribeiras do Miño. The Amandi region has lots of slate and granite, and the Miño is known for its clay. Hand-harvested and fermented with native yeast, then aged for 7 months in used French oak.
