This style of wine, kind of like dry Labrusco, is the classic pairing for Neapolitan pizza in Naples. It's grape-y in a good way, a little fizzy with notes of berry and rose. The wine is made by the famed consulting winemakers Attilio Pagli and Federico Curtaz. The name OTTOUVE references the many native vines that comprise Gragnano. Serve chilled.
